Cancellation policy

I try my best to price my workshops fairly and offer good value for money. I therefore have a clear policy to ensure that I cover my costs and the ongoing viability of the workshop.
I do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend a workshop so I am happy for you to find a substitute to take your place, I will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop. 
A minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure your place on the workshop.
Refund schedule

28 days or more before the course start date Full refund will be given
15-27 days before the course start date If you have paid a 50% deposit this will be forfeit. If you have paid in full a 50% refund will be given
14 days or less before the course start date I regret that no refund can be given if a cancellation is made 14 calendar days or less before the course start date.


My jewellery making classes are in demand and places are limited. If you need to cancel please give as much notice as possible.
If you are booked on a course and you do not turn up on the day, no refund will be given.
Occasionally I may have to cancel a course. If this should occur I will give as much notice as possible. You will always be offered an alternative date or a refund if a workshop is cancelled by me, however, I cannot be held responsible for your travel or accommodation costs.
Please always phone to let me know if you can’t attend or are going to be late.
When you book a place you are agreeing to my cancellation terms.
