how to handle the wet clay

rolling out, applying texture and cutting out the clay

methods of drying the clay

sanding, refining and getting the clay ready to fire

polishing and finishing the clay
What is included in the price

The price includes all the tools and equipment needed to make your pieces. It will include 7g of clay enough to make a necklace and matching earrings. 1 chain per person and 1 pair of earring wires are included also.

Extra clay is available to purchase on the day as well as extra chains and earrings wires

This is suitable for beginners and those who have used Silver metal clay before but want a refresher

Cancellation policy

I try my best to price my workshops fairly and offer good value for money. I therefore have a clear policy to ensure that I cover my costs and the ongoing viability of the workshop.

I do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend a workshop so I am happy for you to find a substitute to take your place, I will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop.

A minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure your place on the workshop.

Refund schedule

Please see the table below for what refund applies if you should have to cancel.

28 days or more before the course start date	Full refund will be given
15-27 days before the course start date	If you have paid a 50% deposit this will be forfeit. If you have paid in full a 50% refund will be given
14 days or less before the course start date	We regret that no refund can be given if a cancellation is made 14 calendar days or less before the course start date.

My jewellery making classes are in demand and places are limited. If you need to cancel please give as much notice as possible.

If you are booked on a course and you do not turn up on the day, no refund will be given.

Occasionally I may have to cancel a course. If this should occur I will give as much notice as possible. You will always be offered an alternative date or a refund if a workshop is cancelled by me, however, I cannot be held responsible for your travel or accommodation costs.
