A rare and bonkers sale at Hare and Moon Jewellery

If you’ve been following Hare and Moon Jewellery for a while, you’ll know that I don’t really do sales. My pieces are carefully made, slowly crafted, and each one has a story – they don’t often end up in the “discount” category. But every now and then, even the most magical jewellery maker needs to clear a little space.
Why? Because I’m making room for something exciting.
Over the past year, Hare and Moon has been steadily growing, and now I’m taking a bold step forward: developing the teaching side of my business. I want to share the joy of making with more people – helping others discover the magic of silver clay and the creativity that comes from working with your own two hands.
Don’t panic – I’ll still be making jewellery! But my focus is shifting towards creating thoughtful, timeless collections like “Come Full Circle” and “Seashore”. These are the pieces that really capture what Hare and Moon is all about: nature, stories, and a little bit of wonder you can carry with you every day.
But before all of that can happen, there’s the small matter of my current stock. My studio is getting a little crowded (and frankly, my storage boxes are threatening to stage a rebellion). So, in a move that is definitely out of character, I’m holding a Bonkers Sale.
And when I say “bonkers,” I mean it.
From 10am on Friday 19th September, for one week only, you’ll be able to shop a range of my older designs at prices that I may never repeat again. Some are one-off pieces, some are early designs, and all of them are still beautifully made and full of that Hare and Moon charm.
This is your chance to grab a little treasure you’ve had your eye on – or to stock up on gifts ahead of time (your future self at Christmas will thank you). But once the week is over, the sale will vanish into the ether – a bit like fairy dust on the breeze.
Why this matters
By clearing out old stock, I’m making space – not just physically, but creatively. Space to design new work. Space to build a bigger, better studio. And most importantly, space to welcome in students who are ready to learn and explore.
So, if you’ve ever thought, “I’ll treat myself to a Hare and Moon piece one day,” consider this your very loud, very sparkly nudge.
The Important Bits:
Sale starts: 10am, Friday 19th September
Sale ends: Midnight, Friday 26th September
One week. One bonkers sale. One chance to own something truly special before it’s gone for good.
So set your alarms, mark your calendars, and get ready to bag yourself a bargain – because I really don’t think I’ll be doing this again anytime soon.
See you in the sale!
